Radarsign’s External Device Trigger System enhances the effectiveness and use of a radar speed sign by activating external devices* such as cameras, flashing beacons, audible alarms, and more to deliver additional warnings or messaging. This option is available for Radarsign AC and solar powered models. ( *External devices are customer supplied and must be separately powered. )

External devices can be programmed to activate based on:

• Time and/or Speed: Allows messages or alerts to be activated based on time of day and excessive speeds.
  Especially useful for school zones or event areas.
• Temperature: Allows messages or alerts to be activated based on temperatures.
  Especially useful to notify drivers of hazardous road conditions or other weather related warnings.
