Lisa LeBlanc, Radarsign’s marketing manager and a full-time mom, has been able to take advantage of Radarsign’s non-traditional work options to create a personalized schedule. Flex hours, virtual office tools and telecommuting allow her to excel in her duel, full-time roles at Radarsign and at home.
“Radarsign’s workplace flexibility really is a win-win,” says LeBlanc, who begins her work day while it’s still dark outside. “I get started at 5:00 a.m. so that I can take longer breaks during the day to manage my mom responsibilities. I can pick back up later in the afternoon, which is actually beneficial for Radarsign’s west coast partners and customers. I also have the option of working late evening hours when my schedule demands it.”
